Wow! What a day we had on Saturday! Chad and myself just wanted to thank you all for being there to prepare, serve, and collect all of the food for our wedding. First of all, the food was delicious (which I knew it would be) it tasted great and there was lots of it. I’ve received nothing but compliments so I would like to pass that along.

Secondly, we have to commend you all for your professionalism on Saturday. A wild storm flew through during dinner & unfortunately your end of the tent seemed to get the brunt of it. A few times I even thought we might loose the tent! You all did a wonderful job & just kept working and serving away as if nothing was happening! Thank you all so much. I know I was able to thank some of you in person, but for every else – thank you for helping out [for] our memorable wedding! (What a great story this will make for!).

Your buffet table offered something for everyone: fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, and non-rubbery, tender, moist chicken! Both the fruit cup and the more calorie-laden cakes and tortes were also hits with our members.

Would you please convey our thanks, as well, to your staff? In addition to their –and your- help at the buffet, your staff were particularly effective after dinner, when their quiet retrieval of dishes allowed our members to focus on the on-stage presentation.
